If at all possible, your company should leave out the llc or inc in the domain name as well as it is not common practice. Do you go to Google.com or GoogleInc.com?

Why do I believe it is important to have a good domain?

Think of domains as real estate, do you want your company to be on your companies legal name or some other name? By owning the internet version of your name, your company is immediately establishing credibility that you own your virtual presence. Also, do you really want traffic going to yourcompanyname.com and someone else profiting off of it? Or even worse, not being able to find your company or it redirecting to a competitor? The reality is, as your company becomes more and more successful, the current owner of your domain name is going to charge more and more when you eventually want to buy it. Whois.sc allow you to look up the current registered owner of the domain name. However some people choose to keep their registration private so contacting them may be a little more difficult. I recommend emailing them and asking for the price they want for the domain name if one of those methods works.
