1) Initial Consultation
Every new client we work for provides a new trek for us. In order to be able to deliver to you the best product possible, we need to learn all we can about your business, employees, clients, and industry. Prior to every initial consultation, we will have done our research and will be prepared to gather the essential information about your business and what your website needs. 2) Project Questionnaire
After our initial consultation we will send you a questionnaire that will consist of generic questions, but unlike other web development firms, we will form several questions directed specifically to your business. This is done so that you have the opportunity to share your ideas with us. After you submit your questionnaire, every member of our team will review your answers and offer advice to help you get the best results possible that will help to improve your bottom line.
3) Project Scope
Following our initial consultation, the receipt of the client’s questionnaire, and more research to determine what will be best for the client’s new website, we will draft a document that will mention everything we plan do to for the new website. The scope will be very detailed, but it will be drafted in a way for anyone not familiar with web development to understand.
4) Design Concepts Developed
With all the information and answers gathered by us, and your approval to our scope for your project, we will begin working on your designs. Unlike most of our competitors, we create several concepts for each client in order to give the client different options from which to select.
5) Integration and Optimization
Once a design is completed and the client is satisfied with the design, we will work quickly and professionally from this point in order to get the new website up and operational. We will integrate the design into our CMS (Content Management System) and will complete all on-site SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for the client. After the site is integrated into the CMS, it is almost ready to go live!
6) Training and Content Entry
Once the site is ready to be modified through the CMS, all clients will receive special training to ensure that the CMS is easily understood and to avoid any future problems down the road. We will assist the client with all the content entries to their new site, and will create a customized help manual for each client to refer to when trying new things on the CMS.
